Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems Inc. (bSAS) was pleased to host "Humphrey Fellows". The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program in Drug Abuse and Public Health brings accomplished mid-career professionals from several countries worldwide to the United States for a year of study and related professional experiences.
